Sometimes people say that you should eat meat because otherwise you wouldn't get enough iron, but here are lots of other options to get iron in your body! For example:

Eating vegetarian also has some great benefits for you and the world around you. It is good for your health, people who eat vegeterian often have lower cholesterol and a healthier heart.
