In a large pot, gently saute oil, onions, garlic, and sundried tomatoes
over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add salt, pepper, and
Italian Seasoning, saute for another minute. Add passata and basil,
cover and let simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Pour over
your favourite al dente noodles, sprinkle with parmigiano reggiano and
voila!
