Going vegan is about more than just getting rid of dairy and meat. Awareness of the benefits of a vegan diet is growing, thanks to documentaries and television shows that entertain audiences while teaching audiences, but what about taste? You can't taste the goodness on your television screen, right?

What's the solution to taste? Once you become interested in a dairy-free and meat-free diet, the best thing to do is make the meal your own. Choose the products that satisfy your taste buds. Icecream is my favorite desert, so I spent plenty time trying to find store-bought dairy-free icecream without all the additives, but wasn't very lucky.
