Cooper is a 2 year old Maltichon . He is originally from Mount Cobb, PA but currently lives in Philadelphia. He lives with his Mom, Dad, and two sisters Captain😺 and Barnum😺. He is the best boy and loves to meet new people and other doggos 🐶.
