Chilli Crab (辣椒螃蟹) is a Singaporean seafood dish. Mud crabs are commonly used and are stir-fried in a semi-thick, sweet and savoury tomato-and-chilli-based sauce. Bread is often eaten with chilli crab. A favourite way of eating is to sop up the spicy sweet and sour gravy with the bread, which could be soft white bread, baguette or fried Chinese buns called mantou. It is listed at number 35 on the World's 50 most delicious foods list compiled by CNN Go in 2011.
