COACHING

"Unlock your performance and break your limits"

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. The coach is not a subject expert, but rather is focused on helping the individual to unlock their own potential. The focus is very much on the individual and what is inside their head. A coach is not necessarily a designated individual: anyone can take a coaching approach with others, whether peers, subordinates or superiors

Whether you’re a professional coach, a leader or manager using a coaching approach to help your team members develop, or using your coaching skills in a less-formal environment, there are a number of key skills that will help you to become a great coach. The most important attribute of any coach is that they want to help the person or people they are coaching to learn. A good coach doesn't see themselves as an expert able to fix all problems and having all the answers. Instead, they see themselves as supporting the process of learning

What is Ontological Coaching?

Ontological Coaching is a field of knowledge that seeks to accompany transformational processes in others from an ontological coherence (body, emotion and language). Ontological Coaching arises as an attempt to take charge of the paradoxes that life currently offers us (unlimited technology, work stress, consumer drive, distrust of the environment, resignation to the future, among others)
