Central - Bangkok

to high-end restaurants. This dish is popular because it is very savory and spicy. However, you can ask vendors to adjust the flavor

South - Krabi

Gang-leung - In another name, we call this dish "Hot yellow curry". This curry is made from fresh turmeric, chili paste and Seer fish.
Hot and spicy taste is the main character of Southern kitchen. This dish will serve that taste and it is also salty, sour and a bit of sweet.
