Amberley's Flapjack Recipe
Chocolate and Cherry 🍒
Utensils and Ingredients
- 🍒 20x20cm Square Baking Dish
- 🍒 Baking Paper
- 🍒 Medium Saucepan
- 🍒 160g Butter
- 🍒 160g Brown Sugar
- 🍒 110g Golden Syrup
- 🍒 290g Oats
- 🍒 150g Glacé Cherries
Method
Set oven to 160°c Fan and line your Baking Dish with the Baking Paper.
Melt the Butter, Sugar and Syrup in the Saucepan over a low heat.
Add in the Oats and Cherries and mix until combined.
Pour into the lined Baking Tray and place in the oven for 40mins or
until golden.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the Dish and placing
Flapjack on a Cooling Rack.
