Danial Baig is an up and coming rapper and recording artist from the
outskirts of Chicago. Better known for his stage name, DamnDanial, he is
rapidly gaining traction as a fan favorite across his community. Through
his self-produced R&B inspired beats and melodic raps, Danial’s music is
unique and infectious. He cites inspiration from artists such as Travis
Scott, Lil Baby, Gunna, & Eminem.
Danial was born and raised in the midwest to Pakistani parents. Much of
his music is inspired by his Pakistani pride and heritage. His interest
in music began in childhood. In his teenage years, he became a
self-taught guitarist. Later on in life, he found a passion for creating
beats and ultimately found his calling when he began rapping over them.
In 2017, DamnDanial opened for Zack Knight (one of the most successful
singer-songwriters of Pakistani descent) in his hometown of Chicago.
Earlier this year, DamnDanial released his first music video for the
song “It’s Danny.” Other songs he is known for include “HMU,” “Ride for
Me,” & “What’s the Move.”
