Trail running is becoming more and more popular during the last years. Its
main focus is to spend time outdoors and to move in the nature and in the
fresh air. Often Trailrunning is associated with mountains, but in fact,
trail running can be done everywhere. Trailrunning is running on a natural
surface such as a path in the forest instead of a road or a pavement.
A thoughtfull training plan will help you to improve your performance, to reduce the risk of injuries or overtraining and will make your running experience even more enjoyable.
A lot of information to create a good and individual training plan can already be found in the internet or in literature.
