Six easy tips for you

To achieve positive emotional wellbeing in a pandemic

One thing that I love is practising mindfulness. During these difficult times, I have been able to achieve positive emotional wellbeing through changing simple things in my life. Through making these small, but conscious decisions, I have created an excellent foundation to life. I will now share these insights with you.

So, before we start. What is emotional wellbeing?

The Oxford English Dictionary says β€œthe state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.” However, it is important to realise that wellbeing is a much broader concept than moment-to-moment happiness. While it does includes happiness, it also includes other things, such as how satisfied people are with their life a whole, their sense of purpose, and how in control they feel.” Click here to continue reading here.
