Besides being absoulutely delicious and healthy at the same time, this cookie dough has a special ingredient: chickpeas.
You are probably thinking right now; "Ugh, how are peas going to taste like cookie dough?", believe me, the chickpeas do not have much
of a taste themselves. Adding in some protein powder of choice will give them the flavour and the protein you need to make this crazy good Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!
First, combine all the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate chips into a bowl.
Then mix thoroughly with a blender for a couple of minutes. You might need to add a little more milk, however the texture should stay quite dry and gooey.
When you have reached the desired consitency, add in the chocolate chips and stir them into the dough.
VoilĂ , your healthy Protein Cookie Dough is ready!
