I have been living in the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands, for two years and a half now.
Time flies...
During the first lockdown, I had the opportunity to discover the surroundings,
especially Western Flanders or Zeeuws Vlaanderen in Dutch.
Without the possibility to visit the nearby cities of Ghent and Antwerp, in Belgium,
I resorted to nature... and here is what I have found:

Beaches / Golden sand dunes 🏖
I have fallen in love with the dunes and grass of the beaches of Groede and Nieuwvliet-Bad.

Nature / Reserves, walking and cycling paths 🌳
I have ever since been longing to return to the natural reserve and countryside in the village of Rentranchement.

Historical Towns / Havens and pretty architecture 🏠
The haven and houses of Middelburg and Goes are simply perfect!

Delicacies / Dutch farm cheese 🧀
My favorite cheese shop is probably the farm Vos in Biervliet.

Coming soon... / Tulip fields blossoming 🌷🌷 😃
Last year I missed it, but it is now well marked on my calender! The tulips season starts in April!
