This is a simple, straightforward, amazingly delicious, doughy yet still fully cooked, chocolate chip cookie that turns out
perfectly every single time!
Ingredients
1 cup of salted softened Butter
1 cup of Brown Sugar
3 cups of all-purpose Flour
1 tsp of Sea Salt
2 large Eggs
2 cups of Chocolate Chips (or chunks, or chopped chocolate)
1 tsp of Baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190℃
In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside
Cream together butter and sugars until combined
Beat in eggs until fluffy
Mix in the dry ingredients until combined
Add the chocolate chips
Make small balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown.
