Walking is a great way to stay healthy and explore the world around me, slowly, with my dog.

I use WeWard Application to add to making walking even more fun. "WeWard is a mobile app that rewards users for walking, converting steps into points called Wards, which can be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or charitable donations." Also, each day there are seven cards you can collect that reveal a country and a place in that country. These cards are located all over your local area in order to collect and to make walking more enjoyable with adventure.
