Growing mushrooms at home
is now easily achievable by purchasing a kit from one of many companies
that sell kits containing substrate and mushroom spawn. They can also be
grown using waste products as a substrate such as logs, coffee grounds &
cardboard. The bonus of growing them indoors means you can grow them all
year round.
I particularly enjoyed growing the
pink oyster
mushrooms shown in the photo above.
