Fitness is essential to help improve quality of life, and is important for physical and mental health It is a preventative measure from chronic diseases like Diabetes and Heart Disease. Fitness strengthens the muscles and bones, and aids in weight management, while boosting mental health by reducing anxiety, and depression.
