Pies have a buttery, crunchy exterior and a belly warming gooey interior. There is no better vessel for savoury meat fillings or sweet fruity fillings than pastry dough. Pies are a versitile dish that can be a quick snack from the dairy down the road, to an amazing centre piece during the festive holidays.
