I became a Zumba instructor in 2016, not knowing that one decision would quietly change the way I see myself.
At first, it was just a class. A schedule. A playlist. A room full of people learning steps together. But somewhere
between, I fell more in love with the program, and with what it gave me.
For me, Zumba is not just a workout. It is a safe space.
It is the one hour where I can breathe, let go of daily busyness, silence the random thoughts in my head, and simply be
myself. When the music starts, I move, I smile, I laugh, I sweat, and somehow, I leave every class with more energy than
I had when I walked in.
That is why I open my class to everyone.
It doesn’t matter if you are a professional dancer or if you think you “can’t dance” at all. In my class, you belong. I
want every person to feel safe enough to move freely, to enjoy the music, the vibes, and their own body, without fear of
being judged.
My goal has always been simple: to create a space where people can work out, dance, and feel good about themselves.
Because the truth is, Zumba gave me a place to be me.
And now, I teach so others can find that same feeling too.
And if you’ve been looking for a space to let go of stress, dance without fear, and simply enjoy moving to great music,
I would love to welcome you to my class.
Come experience it for yourself. You don’t need to be a dancer, just come as you are. Let’s move, laugh, and create a
safe, joyful space together.
