I have recently embarked on the path to becoming what is affectionately known today as a 'muscle mommy' and as we all know, more muscles = more protein. I quickly came to the realization that I have never in my life come anywhere close to eating my daily recommended dose of protein to sustain my overall health ; thus, I had quite a gap to fill to get me closer to my muscular dreams.

So, what if you dont have goals of gaining muscle? Well you should still eat the minimum recommended amount of protein daily to maintain good health and enjoy the benefits of weight management, better bone density, immune system support, wound healing and recovery, hair/skin/nail health, etc. Now do you understand my obsession!? Thankfully there are many delicious sources of protein for all dietary restrictions - even for our beloved vegans 🍊!
