Travel, as a hobby, does not have to be fancy, upscale or expensive to
add value to your life. By taking every opportunity to travel - whether
it's a new surburb of the city where I live, or a continent I've never
before stepped foot on - I can meet people with new perspectives and
life experiences, try new foods, take exciting photos, pick up new
skills, and have memorable experiences!
My favourite travel experiences include camping through Norway and into
the Arctic Circle, learning to scuba dive in Indonesia, clubbing in
Shanghai, eating everything pistachio in Sicily, roadtripping 5000km
across Australia, skiing in Austria, and diving in the cenotes of
Mexico.
