In order to start your fitness journey you need to acquire displine and passion for the process. View working out as a therapy session. Try out multiple exercises like strength training, pilates, sculpt, yoga, running, etc.🧘🏻‍♀️ to see what sticks to you and what do you end up liking. Speaking for myself, I really enjoy strength training 🏋🏻‍♀️ 4-5 days a week along with twice a week a cardio session to keep my heart healthy 🏃🏻‍♀️.
