Try out multiple exercises like strength training, pilates, sculpt,
yoga, running, etc.🧘🏻♀️ to see what sticks to you and what do you end up
liking. Speaking for myself, I really enjoy strength training 🏋🏻♀️ 4-5
days a week along with twice a week a cardio session to keep my heart
healthy 🏃🏻♀️.
Working out and staying active has affect my well being positively
along with my mental health 😌. I'm a much happier and stronger person
