Chocolate is a food made from roasted and ground cocoa beans that can be a
liquid, solid, or paste, either by itself or to flavor other foods. At
some point the origin of chocolate, cocoa, was considered a divine gift in
Mesoamerica.
Now it is art, both visually and gastronomically, something for every
purse and mouth to enjoy. Is there anything more broad, humble and
glorious than chocolate?
