I love all type of pancakes

Their soft, fluffy texture and warm, sweet taste make them a beloved comfort food that can create a sense of happiness. For me, pancakes are associated with happy childhood memories and cherished family moments. They are also easy to make and requires minimal cooking expertise.

As I am Dutch, I know that pancakes in the Netherlands are very important. Every Dutchie likes a good pancake, as a snack or even as a full meal. And if it's not a pancake the size of your plate, you have poffertjes which are like baby pancakes!
