Living a plant based life style can be rewarding; it can not only keep you at a healthy weight but, also prevent you from getting other chronic diseases. Fruits and veggies can be a great way of getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need. Since I have been a Vegetarian, I have lost weight and had great energy. Being a Vegetarian or, living a plant based life style is a great way to stay healthy. This is a life style change; not just another fad diet that doesn't work long term.

Living a plant based lifstyle may not be for everyone. Make sure you do lots of research and ask your doctor before starting to eat this way. Many Americans don't get enough fiber daily in their standard diet. However; by adding some of these yummy fruits and veggies you will easily. Apples, oranges, bananas, broccoli, and carrots.
