We are an online book club, founded by three friends who felt the need to build a community for people who are equally passionate about reading.
Our goal is to inspire people to read stories written by women, because we believe the best way of making the market bigger and better for women, it is by consuming work done by them.
All book selections will be written by female authors only, but cover a variety of genres and topics including but not limited to: feminism, gender politics, women of color, biographies, award nominees, new releases, general fiction, science fiction, women around the world, and LGBTQIA.
We also want to motivate people to buy books from local stores. We believe that bookstores are essential to a healthy culture. They’re where authors can connect with readers, where we discover new writers, where children get hooked on the thrill of reading that can last a lifetime. They’re also anchors for our downtowns and communities.
Monthly, you will be able to help us choose what book will be discussed, and book suggestions are always welcome!
Although our focus is books written by women, we believe this should be an open and safe space for everyone who would like to join. All gender identities are welcome to become members of this group.

But that peace is shattered when Chris is involved in a tragic and questionable accident. While struggling to rebuild everything that crashed around them, Morgan finds comfort in the last person she expects to, and Clara turns to the one boy she's been forbidden to see. With each passing day, new secrets, resentment, and misunderstandings make mother and daughter fall further apart. So far apart, it might be impossible for them to ever fall back together. Buy local

In this best-selling memoir, brimming with gallows humor and vivid characters, she marvels at the gruesome history of undertaking and relates her unique coming-of-age story with bold curiosity and mordant wit. In Margaret Atwood's dystopian future, environmental disasters and declining birthrates have led to a Second American Civil War. The result is the rise of the Republic of Gilead, a totalitarian regime that enforces rigid social roles and enslaves the few remaining fertile women. Offred is one of these, a Handmaid bound to produce children for one of Gilead's commanders. Deprived of her husband, her child, her freedom, and even her own name, Offred clings to her memories and her will to survive. At once a scathing satire, an ominous warning, and a tour de force of narrative suspense, The Handmaid's Tale is a modern classic. Buy local
