Formula One (F1) is a motorsport championship controlled by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). Teams compete in a series of Grand Prix races, held in different countries around the world. Some of the most popular races are held in Monaco, Singapore, Italy and Britain. The Formula One cars are very fast, they reach speeds of up to 351.7 km/hour (218.5 mph).
