Dumplings

Dumplings are dough-wrapped pockets of heaven that come in a variety of shapes and sizes - all created yummy.

They can be made with pastry or noodle dough, and can be filled with anything edible. They can even be not filled at all. Dumplings can be steamed, fried, boiled, or baked. They are found in varying forms all over the world, and are delicious everywhere. My favorite is the Asian soup dumpling, steamed with a pork filling and served with soy sauce and vinegar for dipping. 🤤 I also love a Polish pierogi filled with potato and cheese, served with sour cream. Bottom line: if it's wrapped in dough, I love it. 🥰
