Marinera murciana is a traditional tapa originating from the region of
Murcia. It's usually made with a combination of rosquilla, potatoes,
eggs, tuna, anchovies, mayonnaise, carrots, and beans. The potatoes are
boiled and cut into pieces, then mixed with hard-boiled eggs, tuna,
carrots, beans, and mayonnaise.
