Running is a form of physical activity and aerobic exercise where a person moves quickly on foot by lifting and landing one foot at a time in a rapid, repetitive motion. Unlike walking, running includes a phase where both feet are off the ground. It’s one of the most natural and accessible forms of exercise—requiring no equipment other than a good pair of shoes.

I love running because it gives me a sense of freedom and clarity. It’s my time to disconnect from distractions and reconnect with myself. Whether I'm running through quiet neighborhoods or open trails, I feel grounded and empowered. The rhythm of my footsteps and breath becomes a moving meditation that helps me relieve stress, stay healthy, and feel strong in both body and mind.

If you’re new to running, start with short intervals of running and walking. Focus on good posture, wear supportive shoes, and keep a steady pace. Over time, gradually increase your running duration. Remember to warm up, cool down, and stay hydrated!
