Imagine the scene; you are seated in front of a large window
overlooking the beautiful Swiss mountains. You feast your eyes on the
wild and breathtaking landscapes of the Swiss Alps. In the foreground,
you see grassy valleys with patches of snow here and there, pointed
pine trees stretching out across the opposite hillside in dark clumps
then trailing off into the distance of the valley bottom, where the
outline of a tiny silver river winds its way towards the horizon
between the mountains, eventually disappearing out of sight.
Oh yes, let's not forget the mountains. In the background of the
scene, wondrously ominous snow-capped peaks create a stark and
imposing outline against the bright blue sky. They seem to reach up
into the heavens as if they were trying to touch the fluffy clouds
sparsely strewn across the sky.
Of course, it's rather chilly outside, but you are snuggly settled
inside a cosy cafe, with wood panelled interiors and rustic
furnishings. Woollen blankets line the pine wood chairs and benches,
while there's some even more comfortable armchair seating available in
certain corners of the cafe. The armchairs have cheerful deep red,
smart navy, and chic natural linen coloured cushions, all with smooth
and stylish wooden frames. The atmospheric lighting of the cafe gives
a rosy orange glow, adding to the warm atmosphere inside, and
contrasting with the stark white of the snowy scenery outside which
makes the view through the window even more breathtaking.
