Brigadeiro
The traditional Brazilian dessert
Brigadeiro is a chocolate dessert, similar to truffles.
Made from condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, and coated in chocolate
sprinkles, they are typically small spheres that are served in mini
cupcake-like foil liners. There are also many flavor variations, such as
leite Ninho (powdered milk), cajuzinho (chocolate and
cashew nuts), bicho de pƩ (strawberry),
beijinho (coconut) and many others.
