Health as defined by WHO in 1946 is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not just the absence of infirmity.
Mental health is however, a person's condition with regards to their psychlogical and emotional well-being.
More often than not, our mental health is being ignored, and the few courageous ones who dare speak about it are stigmatised which makes it harder for more people to talk about it and seek help. The fact that there is increasing cases of mental health conditions in our society is a major call for concern.
