Why I love rebounding, and why you should too

Trampoline workouts are known as rebound exercise (mini-trampolines, then, are referred to as rebounders). This low-impact exercise takes place on a mini-trampoline and involves jumping, dancing and even moves with hand weights and resistance bands. While it may seem like trampoline workouts would only work your legs, it actually is a total-body workout.
