Masai Mara
Masai Mara National Reserve covers some 1,510 km2 in Kenya
and is a large reserve known for the annual migration of of zebra,
Thomson's gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti, known
as the Great Migration.
It is named in honor of the Masai people, tribes that still live
there under ancestral traditions. There you can see the called Big
Five: lion, leopard, elephant, cape buffalo and rhinoceros.
Nakuru Lake
Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley lakes that attracts a vast
quantity of flamingos and other birds.
In this wonderfull peace
of nature you can also find warthogs, baboons and other large
mammals, including black rhinos!
Naivasha Lake
Another lake of Kenya we can find in the highest part of the Great
Rift Valley.
There you can find a large variety wildlife
including over 400 different species of birds and a big population
of hippos.
