I adopted Tamarindo and her sister Trinidad from the Humane Rescue Alliance on June 20, 2023. Both girls were found and rescued on Roxanna Road in Washington, DC. They were born a March 23, 2023. They are domestic short-haired tuxedo cats.
Tamarindo
Tamarindo is a gentle friend who likes to sit on my lap. She is very shy around guests in my house and often hides when people come over. She often likes to stand, sit or lie really close to me, especially when I'm in the kitchen or watching TV. Tamarindo likes to spend time in the loft or closet, but she will appear the minute I open a bag of treats.
Trinidad
Trinidad is a playful and curious cat who loves to explore. She is more outgoing than Tamarindo and will greet guests when they come over. She loves to play with her toys, especally her shoelace. Trinidad is will meow when she is hungry to ask for a snack. She is more of a risk taker and likes to walk on rails that are very high.
