Comté cheese

Comté is a French cheese made from unpasteurized cow's milk. It is produced in the Jura region of France and is known for its nutty flavor and firm texture. The cheese is aged for a minimum of four months, but some varieties can be aged for up to 36 months or more. Personnally, I think that more the Comté is strong and better it is.
