There is a saying that goes "healthy mind, body and soul" - the three pillars we need to thrive in today's society. Your mental health and well-being is so important that even the World Health Organisation has tabled a specialised programme for all nations.

M E N T A L Well-Being is positively fostered by various interactions such as life coaching, counselling, caregiving, motivational speaking, building habitats, volunteering in the community, the advocacy of protecting nature and the environment, to name but a few! 😊 Other activities that promote mental well-being are individual or group creative activities such as dance, music, sport, socialising or learning a new skill (for example sewing or pottery).

In today's ever changing world, the stresses and demands of society, family, work and life in general can invoke a variety of emotions, such as feelings of anxiety, being scared/fearful, pressurised, feeling overwhelmed, confused, anger, hurt or lost/not in control.

You are uniquely created and you matter, you have a purpose and a vital role in this world. There will never be another you and it's OK, to feel OK or NOT OK - just know you are NOT alone - REACH OUT and ASK FOR HELP whenever you need it! 🫶
