Pork Dumplings
These dumplings are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed as an appetizer or main course.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to seal.
- Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
