Hiking is an activity of moderate difficulty, which involves walking across long distances generally on trails or paths. It is an amazing way to explore nature, improve health, and reset your mind. Mountain trails offer some of the best views and experiences, from serene forests to epic summits. The duration of the activity varies between short half-day programs and longer itineraries of over 20 days. One of my favorite trails is the Dragon's Back Trail located near Cape Town.
