I believe this is the most wholesome sport that exists. You
only need to focus on how to get one step ahead. One step at a time. And
since the routes are not long, you can always go down and start again.
Another thing that truly helps is the company of other boulderers.
Bouldering can be a very communicative activity, when all your friends
sit below you, motivating, cheering and advising you on how to move
forward.
