Studying English as a Second Language

My favorite apps I use every day (or almost!)

If you want to learn English, feel more confident, but don’t have the time (or money!) to take classes with a private teacher—welcome to the world of learning apps!

Here are my favorite apps that I try to use every day, or at least every week:

  1. Duolingo: This was my first experience with a language-learning app. It helps you practice all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. You’ll build vocabulary, improve fluency, and enjoy a fun and easy-to-use platform.
  2. ELSA Speak: The best tool I’ve found for improving my pronunciation and the rhythm of my speech. It's like having a personal pronunciation coach in your pocket!
  3. British Council Grammar: A great app to learn and practice English grammar through interactive exercises. It’s simple, effective, and designed by experts.
  4. LingoClip: Learn English through song lyrics! It’s a fun and engaging way to improve your listening skills and sing along to your favorite tunes.

These apps have really helped me in my language journey. I hope they can help you too!
