Where did it begin?
Coffee culture's origins are traced back to Ethiopia,
where coffee beans were first discovered and used. From there, coffee
spread through the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, eventually
reaching the Americas via European colonization. Coffeehouse culture,
where coffee became a social and intellectual center, also emerged in
Europe, particularly in London.
Nowadays, coffee culture is a global phenomenon, with various
brewing methods, coffee varieties, and social practices surrounding
coffee consumption. It has become an integral part of daily life for
many people, with coffee shops serving as popular meeting places for
socializing, working, and relaxing.
