- E-mail me a picture of your child's most recent shoes specifying size & brand. If possible, add a picture of your child standing on the removed insoles.
- Based on the information received, I will reply to your email with suitable shoe suggestions, available payment methods and in-store pick-up times.
- Reply specifying which shoes you wish to order and your preferred payment and pick-up options.
- A neatly packed parcel with your order and a small surprise for your kid will be waiting to be collected at the store.
- And that's about it! Easy!
