Swimming in the ocean always clears my head. The moment I dive in, everything else—stress, thoughts, noise—just slips away. There's something about being surrounded by nothing but water and sky that helps me feel present and calm. The movement of the waves, the coolness of the water, even the salty taste—it all grounds me. It is one of the few places where I can truly let go and just be. Out there, I feel small in the best way, like I am part of something bigger than myself. It is peaceful, is freeing, and it always leaves me feeling more connected—to nature and to myself.
