We talk a lot about eating healthy, exercising, drinking enough water
(cheers to my 1.5L bottle I never finish 🥲)…

“functioning.” It's about feeling grounded, alive, connected. It's about
waking up and not dreading the day. It's about joy. Safety. Meaning.
