Sleep
is an essential function that allows our body and mind to recharge,
leaving us refreshed and alert when we wake up. Healthy sleep also helps
the body remain healthy and stave off diseases. Without enough sleep, the
brain cannot function properly, impairing our abilities to concentrate,
think clearly, and process memories.
Sleep helps with focus and concentration and it allows
the brain to register and organise better. It helps us regulate our
emotions and better manage our physical and psycological effects of
