👉Blueberry Raspberry Cake Recipe

• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
• 2 And 2/3 Flour
• 1 Pack Baking Powder
• 1 Pack Vanilia Powder
• 1 Cup Raspberry
• 3/4 Cup Blueberry

Break 2 large eggs into a bowl and mix. Then add the sugar and mix well. After it reaches a foamy consistency, add the milk and olive oil. After mixing a little, sift your flour and add the baking powder and vanilla. Mix well from bottom to top with a spatula, then add 1 cup of raspberries and 3/4 cups of blueberries. Put it in a preheated 180°C oven. Do not open the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, check that the inside is cooked with a knife and take your cake out of the oven. If the dough does not stick to the knife, you can take it out. 🤩
