Through CrossFit I have increased my grit and mental strength.
I know I can push myself and finish - which applies to exercise AND any other task.
I can steadily chip away at a workout, and not give up. The coaches are encouraging.
I love the technical side of using weights and building gymnastics skills.
CrossFit has a supportive community. The workouts can be adjusted to your skills and strength.
Workouts vary every day; you hardly ever repeat one and it doesn't become repetitive.
