CLASSIC
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 0.5 oz. simple syrup
- 1 Egg White (optional)
- 1 Dash of aromatic bitters
- 1 Lemon peel
- Add the Bourbon Whiskey,Lemon juice,simple syrup,egg white,and aromatic bitters to a shaker.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
